  Store Manager (WJSM12) :
The Store Manager is the senior management level at the restaurant. The Store Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling cost, hiring, training, and all the management decision that are made in the restaurant.

Experience: Knowledge including: planning, operation, financial report, control inventory, food quality, customer services, management skills and a self-starter.

Education: College degree in hospitality/ food services/ business administration or equivalent.
  Assistant Store Manager :
The Assistant Store Manager reports to the Store Manager. The Assistant Manager will handle all aspects of the restaurant operation in the absence of the store manager. He/She will have the opportunity to become store manager and manage CGE/SANSEI store independently.

Education: College degree in hospitality/food services/business administration or equivalent.
  Management Trainee (WJST12) :
The Management Trainee is the third level of the management team. The Management Trainee may report directly to the store manager. He/She works closely with the management team and learns the daily operation.

Education: College degree in hospitality/ food services/ business administration or equivalent.
  Cook Associates (WJSC12) :
Cook Associates are responsible for daily food preparation and maintain the freshest dishes for our guests. He/She should prepare and follow the company's recipes and procedures on Chinese and Japanese cuisine.

Qualifications: Minimum two years of experience in food preparation or equivalent.

Education: High school or equivalent.

  Counter Associates :
Counter Associates are responsible for daily opening and closing tasks including cash handling, greet customers, clean and organize counter, serving customer inquires.

Qualifications: Excellent in leadership, interpersonal skills, self-starter, detail-oriented and energetic.

Education: High school or equivalent.
